Downtown Toronto Photowalk

I took a rare but brief moment and treated myself to a live concert. I went to see The Glorious Sons play the Scotiabank Arena (aka the ACC) in Toronto back in November. I took a few photos of the show from my seat and I’ll post those in the next blog.

But before the show, I spent a (really cold) hour wandering downtown Toronto, making some photos of the architecture. It was late in the afternoon and the light was so amazing as it bounced off of the structures. That contrasted with the deep blue sky made for some very visually appealing scenes in my opinion.

It’s amazing how a little photowalk can sometimes help you “reset” your photography perspective. I needed to just get out and make some photos, even if they weren’t “award winners.” Just being alone, with my camera and some stunning scenery is sometimes all you need.
