My 100 & Me [Week 01]

Starting my new weekly blog feature “My 100 & Me.” This is where I carry my “pocket-size” Fujifilm x100f with me wherever I go, with one battery and one small memory card. I plan to shoot what I find most interesting during that week, download and process the images at week’s end, and post the best images here to my blog.

I find that I work best when I give myself some parameters/restrictions. I’m hoping that by using one camera, one fixed focal length, and one memory card will get me thinking about image selection (not just shooting at will), and composition and creativity a little more while I’m shooting and not after the fact.

Plus Spring for me is a good time to get rejuvenated by getting out more after a long Winter’s slumber. And this Winter was especially LONG!
