The Victorian

The Victorian Luxury Suites & Full Service Salon is a newly renovated Victorian home in the heart of bustling Westport Ontario. It has five individual suites, all with ensuite washrooms and kitchenettes, some even have sofa beds and additional sleeping accommodations. There is also a Salon on site which is perfect for the vacationer who’d like the extra pampering during their stay.

I was tasked with creating imagery of the five suites, the exterior of the house and tying it all together for their marketing purposes. Well lit, well composed images are essential when promoting hospitality and lodging. Thankfully the proprietors of this lovely establishment have worked meticulously tying together modern amenities with old Victorian charm. Each room has their own character and aesthetic, which is reflected in their names (i.e. The Doctor’s Suite, The Village Green, The Sunken Suite, etc.).

This is exactly the type of work I love to do. I was able to use my photography skills when creating the images, my marketing and multimedia background when managing the branding and website design, and I learned something completely new when creating the AirBnB and Trip Advisor listings and getting them to all sync with each other.
